We're looking for a talented Pharma Commercial Support Expert to join our team at Alphanumeric Systems Canada Ltd. As a key member of our commercial support team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to patients, healthcare providers, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be working with individuals who may have complex questions or concerns.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to commercial inbound calls, chats, and emails, providing customer support to wholesalers and distributors, and answering general inquiries from consumers and healthcare providers. You will also work closely with third-party vendors to provide wholesale/distribution support and navigate commercial tools and sites.
In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will need to possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs). If you are a dedicated team player with a customer service approach and a solution-oriented mindset, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
We offer a competitive salary, private health insurance, and a monthly internet allowance. Full training is provided, and dozens of E-Learning courses are available. This is a permanent full-time position, and you will be working remotely from anywhere in Portugal.
Please note that fluency in English, German (mandatory), and Macedonian (nice to have) is required. Based in Portugal with fully legal and valid documentation to work in the country, you must have experience in customer service or related fields and flexibility to have the training in different hours due to time zone differences.
