We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Learning Manager to join our team at GrabJobs in Lisboa. As a Retail Training Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that drive business growth and improve Client Experience.
In this role, you will work closely with the Management teams across the region to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the business and key priorities. You will define roll-out strategies to support our retail colleagues through selling skills, product training, and career development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent coaching techniques, fostering a feedback culture across the business. They will possess advanced French and English language skills, with other languages being a plus.
You will lead a culture of in-store coaching, working with Client Advisors and Managers to develop their skills. You will support the Retail Management team in building individual coaching plans tailored to their team's needs.
In collaboration with Merchandising, Clienteling, Retail Excellence, Supply Chain, and HR, you will ideate, develop, and facilitate core trainings, including inductions, academies, product retraining, floor management workshops, and selling skills.
Maintaining an active shop floor presence is essential to observe and provide feedback for subsequent implementation with the team. You will identify potential training talent within the store to develop and partner in coaching others.
Key Duties- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the business and key priorities
- Collaborate with Store Management to define the learning calendar for your stores
- Ensure timely coordination of training programmes and active communication to relevant teams
- Leverage role play and on-the-floor coaching to enhance Client Experience
