As a talented Tech Lead, you will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary tech team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver scalable and innovative solutions. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate. You will participate in the hiring process and make decisions for your team, from profile definition to final decisions. Furthermore, you will contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. You should have 3+ years of experience/background in software development and 1+ years of experience in a lead/mentor role, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members. A strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, are also required.
