Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support via email, phone, and chat to valued clients.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle inquiries about products and services, process orders, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and client satisfaction.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with internationally recognized brands in the luxury design industry. As a Customer Care & Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and enhancing the overall perception of our brands' excellence through outstanding service.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a luxury or design-related industry.
- An excellent communicator, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
