The Role:
We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcing Manager to join our team, responsible for developing a deep understanding of our talent markets and leveraging local networks to source the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across various regions.
- Establishing oneself as an expert in finding top talent for the Ukrainian market.
- Developing innovative strategies around finding top talent.
- Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model, and operations.
