We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Project Manager - Global Study Management to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Job Description:

The Senior Clinical Project Manager - Global Study Management will be responsible for leading clinical trials from start-up through database close and inspection readiness. This includes providing quality oversight to Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality study data.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global clinical trial management, including knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), monitoring, and regulatory operations. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical trials from start-up through database close and inspection readiness
  • Provide quality oversight to CROs
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality study data
  • Manage cross-functional teams
  • Drive decision-making

Requirements:

  • MS/PhD or BS/Nurse degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in global clinical trial management
  • Extensive knowledge of GCP, monitoring, and regulatory operations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
