This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, have experience in sourcing and screening candidates, and can effectively match job seekers with their ideal roles. As a Finnish speaking recruiter, you will play a vital part in connecting with candidates across Finland, understanding their needs, and facilitating the entire recruitment process.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements, develop effective strategies to attract suitable candidates, conduct interviews and evaluations, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in modern recruitment strategies, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks. Additionally, proficiency in Finnish and English is essential, with knowledge of other languages being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, focusing on Finnish-speaking candidates
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reach and attract potential candidates
  • Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and market conditions in Finland
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their application status
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all recruitment activities

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote setting
  • Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
