We are currently seeking a Support Services Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will provide technical support for our applications, working closely with our development and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide support for application issues by diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor application performance using monitoring tools.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents according to established SLAs.

Your Qualifications

  • 2 years minimum experience in Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience with Application Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in using monitoring tools to ensure smooth application performance.
  • Database & SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of databases and ability to query data using SQL.
