Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Multilingual Government Assistant for Social Media to join our team at Phiture. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring advertisements, detecting inappropriate links, and troubleshooting potential issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review social media content to ensure it meets our brand's standards
  • Triage requests from various entities and communicate with government, political, and advocacy partners
  • Provide high-quality responses via email when required
  • Evaluate and escalate matters as needed to departments in charge
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards the brand and deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Polish language skills (C1 level) both orally and in writing
  • Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Eligible to work in the EU or possess Portuguese residency status
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is considered an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate without bias
