Job Description
This role involves configuring and managing the IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow, which includes Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, and Problem Management. The ideal candidate will optimize business processes, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, assess the current environment, and recommend automation opportunities wherever possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, and possess strong knowledge of both CMDB and ITSM modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and usage is essential, along with hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, management, and deployment.
