Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis of existing properties, identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
- Lead the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures and partnerships.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and preparing periodic reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate ad hoc analysis to support decision-making processes for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings, summarizing key insights and strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the hospitality industry.
- Oversee the analysis of macroeconomic factors affecting the business and industry, incorporating insights into strategic recommendations and financial models.
- Work closely with operations, finance, sales and marketing teams to align investment strategies with operational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a similar strategic finance role, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Familiarity with hospitality management, hotel and/or sports operations, and real estate investment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, assess investment risks, and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and AI tools/software is a plus.
