Job Description
As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our internal IS and company infrastructures. Your role involves ensuring efficient IT system operation, managing security tools, and providing high-quality support to internal users.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain corporate Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Ensure operational maintenance of Windows workstations and servers.
  • Manage and administer company security tools, including antivirus solutions.
  • Integrate and package workstation operating systems.
  • Handle level 1 and 2 requests and incidents, liaising with publisher support and managing problem resolution and changes.
  • Create and update documentation related to infrastructure and workstation processes.
  • Manage local Corporate IT equipment, including inventory, procurement, renewal, and after-sales service.
  • Assist in administration of telephony and videoconferencing systems.
