As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a strategic role in the company's long-term success, actively contributing to its growth and development.

Job Description

In the 'Warranty Services' department, you will be responsible for handling highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements. You will shape solutions and applications for our worldwide warranty and service support processes, making a significant contribution to the digitization of our processes. Additionally, you will ensure a simple and efficient handling of our service processes towards our customers.

Your responsibilities include managing master data, user access, and setting up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarters departments. You will act as an interface to customer service/after-sales partners (e.g., body builders, workshops), maintaining input relating to warranty in SAP. Furthermore, you will manage highly sensitive data relating to individual customer warranty agreements, assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud. You will analyze data and develop recommended actions (e.g., suggesting additional data interfaces to be implemented; detecting error patterns in master data). Finally, you will act as a contact person for sales organizations and business partners.

Requirements

We are looking for a Technical/business-oriented background ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a technical or business orientation or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician/master craftsman with relevant experience). Preferably, you have experience in the field of after-sales, ideally in the area of warranty or in a comparable field of activity. Basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are required. Additionally, basic product knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles and fluency in oral and written English to present complex issues are essential. Independent, structured, and cooperative working style, interest in intercultural collaboration, and excellent communication skills are necessary for this role.
