- Prepare product orders and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Work closely with superiors and other departments for seamless coordination.
Requirements
- Similar experience in the role in a luxury property.
- Experience in a gastronomic restaurant.
- Knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
- Leadership skills, as well as previous experience in team management.
