Associate Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal development, marketing services, sales enablement, and business development, with a strong background in B2B marketing and the healthcare/life sciences industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Project Manager to lead the development of multi-country proposals for clients, collaborating closely with IQVIA sales teams and supporting the creation and execution of global marketing service campaigns.

This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, storytelling expertise, and creative problem-solving to effectively communicate our solutions and value propositions.

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Develop compelling, multi-country proposals tailored to client needs.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with strategic objectives and showcase IQVIA marketing services capabilities.
  3. Maintain consistency and high-quality standards across all client-facing materials.

Your profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Graphic Design.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in proposal development, marketing services, sales enablement, and business development.
  3. Experience in a global or multi-market environment, with a strong background in B2B marketing and the healthcare/life sciences industry.
