We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in IT support and system administration, with strong expertise in Windows OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients to drive innovation and optimize Time-to-Market.
  3. Ensure TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN are functioning correctly.
