We are seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Governance Specialist to join our Corporate IT team at AUTODOC, a leading e-commerce platform in Europe.
About the JobAs a Project Portfolio Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
You will also develop and implement processes and methodologies to improve project execution and portfolio management, working closely with the Corporate IT Leadership team to coordinate and prioritize projects within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Manage the Corporate IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, budget management, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and methodologies to improve project execution and portfolio management.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with project managers, team members, and other departments to drive successful delivery of all initiatives under the Corporate IT portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with strong experience in portfolio and project management, stakeholder management, and risk analysis.
