**About the Role**
We are looking for a talented CRM Executive to join our Lisbon team. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion for our Brazilian brands.
In this role, you will work closely with the CRM Team Leader to create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that meet business objectives. You will analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM Team Leader to develop and execute monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino).
- Design and implement effective communication strategies to engage target audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including content creators and designers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance campaign efficiency.
Requirements:
- Native Brazilian with fluent English skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
