About the Role
YouLead helps companies grow through smart strategy, technology, and RevOps.
We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a business development mindset.
This role is ideal for someone ambitious, analytical, and motivated to grow into a full-cycle sales or consulting position.
What You'll Do:
Qualify inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, and HubSpotResearch and identify outbound prospects in our ideal client profiles (B2B, SaaS, tech, scale-ups)Use email, LinkedIn, phone, and video to connect and engage with decision-makersConduct discovery calls to understand needs and pain pointsEducate prospects on how CRM and Martech services (especially HubSpot-based) can drive growthBook qualified meetings for the senior sales and consulting teamKeep CRM data clean and contribute to building outreach cadences and playbooksWork closely with the Marketing and RevOps teams to optimize messaging and targetingStay sharp on trends in CRM, B2B sales, and Marketing TechnologiesWho You Are:
1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales (B2B experience preferred)Confident communicator (spoken and written), fluent in EnglishComfortable with cold outreach and not afraid to pick up the phoneCurious, coachable, and eager to understand complex solutionsFamiliar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), and outreach automationOrganized and metrics-driven — you like hitting targets and learning from resultsTeam-oriented, with a proactive and positive mindsetMust reside in PortugalBonus Points For:
Experience selling services or tech (CRM, MarTech, SaaS, Digital)Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platformsFamiliarity with RevOps, sales funnels, or B2B buying processesWhat We Offer:
