About Us:

Unlocking Tech is an innovative company specializing in technology, artificial intelligence, and automation, helping businesses optimize processes and achieve better results. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our client portfolio and increase business opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with strong communication skills and experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and innovation, capable of identifying opportunities, generating leads, and qualifying potential clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect new clients for Unlocking Tech's services.
2. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
4. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
5. Schedule and conduct sales meetings with decision-makers.
6. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
7. Track sales metrics and KPIs to ensure a strategic approach.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing deals.
3. Knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of technology, artificial intelligence, and automation, understanding their benefits and market applications.
5. Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
6. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
7. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) is a plus.
