PagerDuty Business Development Representative - German Speaking

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon.

PagerDuty is a global leader in digital operations management, and we're committed to helping our customers achieve operational efficiency at scale. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and building relationships with our target accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, utilizing our CRM system to manage leads and opportunities, and working closely with our Account Executives to fuel their pipelines. You'll also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capture new markets and expand our customer base.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value Selling: Highlight the unique value proposition of PagerDuty's products and services to evaluate interest in making a purchase.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Establish and maintain genuine connections with customers to consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Execution: Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, follow up on agreements and commitments, and contribute to PagerDuty's long-term strategic initiatives.
