Job Description

Sales development is a critical component of our EMEA business strategy. As a Business Development Representative with Italian, you will play a key role in driving new business for our sales organisation. You will be part of an exceptional team that embodies Zendesk's unique culture and is dedicated to delivering top-class customer experience.

You will be responsible for running a busy outbound pipeline of leads, generating high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting, and showcasing creativity and innovation in your approach. Your native level of Italian and fluency in English will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales growth.

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about consultative sales, has a solid business background, and is eager to overachieve on targets and metrics. If you have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and deliver on sales targets.
  • Run a busy outbound pipeline of leads and provide top-class customer experience.
  • Generate high-value pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting.
  • Showcase creativity and innovation in your approach to sales.

Requirements:

  • Native level of Italian and fluency in English.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Sales related environment.
  • Passion for consultative sales.
  • Solid business experience (SaaS sales preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferable.
