Eli Lilly And Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies in the Hemato-oncology area by engaging with healthcare providers (HCPs) in dedicated practices and key hospital accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement account-based selling strategies
  2. Identify and establish new opportunities within the assigned territory
  3. Deliver consistent results
  4. Provide scientific support and resources to healthcare professionals

Key Competencies:

  • Territory and Account management
  • Knowledge of patient, product, and monetary flows
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the territory and reimbursement landscape

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English

Skills/required:

  • Two or more years of sales experience after completion of an undergraduate college degree
  • Strong account-based selling experience
  • Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts
