Sales Development Representative – CRM & Martech Services (Based in Portugal)

At YouLead, we help companies grow through smart strategy, technology, and RevOps. We're now hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a business development mindset — someone who's excited to open doors, create conversations, and book meetings with the right prospects.

You'll play a vital role in building our sales pipeline for CRM implementation and Marketing Technologies services, combining inbound lead qualification with smart, targeted outbound.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, and HubSpot
  • Research and identify outbound prospects in our ideal client profiles (B2B, SaaS, tech, scale-ups)
  • Use email, LinkedIn, phone, and video to connect and engage with decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and pain points
  • Educate prospects on how CRM and Martech services (especially HubSpot-based) can drive growth
  • Book qualified meetings for the senior sales and consulting team
  • Keep CRM data clean and contribute to building outreach cadences and playbooks

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales (B2B experience preferred)
  • Confident communicator (spoken and written), fluent in English
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to understand complex solutions
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus), and outreach automation
  • Organized and metrics-driven — you like hitting targets and learning from results
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Must reside in Portugal

Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling services or tech (CRM, MarTech, SaaS, Digital)
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with RevOps, sales funnels, or B2B buying processes
