Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Culture and Change Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that foster a healthy, adaptable, and inclusive culture within our organization. You will lead efforts to help us navigate change effectively at a global level and partner with colleagues to build change management capability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity
- Lead change management initiatives and programs to ensure a smooth transition to new organizational structures, processes, and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that promote emotional intelligence, leadership development, and effective communication
- Provide expert advice on psychological principles and methodologies to enhance culture, employee engagement, motivation, and productivity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Robust understanding of organizational psychology theory and practice
- Experience leading comprehensive enterprise-level change and culture initiatives and programs across a wide range of industries, geographies, and cultures
- Demonstrated expertise in culture and change management methodologies and track record of applying them through designing, building, and overseeing robust culture & change management offerings
Nokia offers a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 per year, based on industry standards.
