About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to support the Corporate Center, our operational hub, as it continues to evolve and thrive. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the L&D team to create seamless experiences for internal customers, supporting change management initiatives, and optimizing transversal solutions to drive quality and efficiency.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of learning experiences;
  • Supporting the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and guidelines;
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on expectations;
  • Preparing logistics, ensuring data integration into systems, and assisting with live training programs;
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to training delivery and providing training support;
  • Compiling and analyzing training data to inform strategic decisions;
  • Managing calendars, scheduling, and logistics for training programs and events.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with learning management systems, and excellent organizational skills. Your analytical mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies will be invaluable assets in this role. Additionally, your ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and navigate volatility will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth.
