Telenor is establishing a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon to support its business needs. Our HR Department assists all Nordic Countries with full-cycle recruitment processes (from initial search and advertisement to interviews and candidate signing).
The team maintains direct communication with Candidates, Hiring Managers, and other Team Members.
As a Strategic Talent Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by selecting and hiring suitable individuals for the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process;
• Develop Job Descriptions and publish advertisements on various channels (internal and external);
• Conduct talent research when required;
• Manage administrative tasks within our ATS system;
• Establish direct communication with candidates;
• Schedule and conduct interviews with Hiring Managers;
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on Technical Assessments;
• Share assessment information with candidates;
• Perform Professional References Checks;
• Oversee background checks;
Requirements for Success:
To excel as a Strategic Talent Development Specialist, you will need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology;
• 3-6 years of experience working in Recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment or for a large multinational company;
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Search Tools, and ATS systems like Workday, Talentech, or Teamtailor;
• Experience writing effective Job Advertisements;
• Knowledge of IT and Tech recruitment processes is an asset;
• Previous experience working with the Nordic Markets would be beneficial;
• Excellent collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to adapt quickly;
• Strong communication skills – fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus;
