In a rapidly evolving work environment, your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of our employees.

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor, fostering close collaboration with colleagues to drive professional growth and development. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our employees' experiences within the company meet their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate internal mobility programs, effectively managing employee transitions between departments and roles.
  • Promote external recruitment efforts, identifying top talent to fill critical positions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies for new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and adaptation to our organization's culture.

You will work closely with staff and managers to establish personalized career paths, providing guidance and support throughout the development process. This includes identifying professional interests and expectations, creating tailored development plans, and monitoring progress to enhance job performance and professional growth.

To further develop high-potential employees, you will design and execute targeted development programs focused on enhancing skills and competencies. These initiatives will aim to equip them with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in their roles.

In addition, you will lead organizational development activities related to function description and analysis, skill profile design, monitoring, and assessment. This involves creating a robust foundation for all HR processes and adopting a forward-thinking approach to management.

You will also oversee the implementation and monitoring of our performance evaluation system, ensuring its effective use among staff members.

The position is located in Paris, France, where you will join our Corporate Banking division as part of the HRP and Compensation & Benefits Department. We are seeking an individual with higher education in Psychology or Human Resources and significant experience in similar functions. Key qualifications include:

  • Closely working with staff and managers to develop professional growth and talent management strategies.
  • Expertise in human resource techniques and tools, including conducting skills assessments, providing feedback, and developing function descriptions.
  • Able to work autonomously, exhibit initiative, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in communication and interpersonal relationships at different organizational levels.
