Job Summary

The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals. As a strategic partner to leadership, this role will ensure that the learning culture supports the organization's business objectives and fosters continuous development for all employees.

About the Role

The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will lead initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, driving organizational effectiveness and growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommending tailored solutions for different departments and levels.
  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • Developing leadership development programs to enhance managerial and leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of learning programs, using metrics to improve content and delivery continuously.
  • Managing external learning partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality training solutions.
  • Driving the creation of a continuous learning culture through innovative solutions like digital learning platforms, blended learning, and on-demand learning resources.

This role requires a strong understanding of modern learning technologies and platforms, as well as data analysis skills for measuring program effectiveness and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale learning initiatives and facilitating workshops or training programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D and/or organizational development.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale learning initiatives, and facilitating workshops or training programs.
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and platforms such as LMS.
  • Data analysis skills for measuring program effectiveness and ROI.
  • High level of emotional intelligence as well as good communication and conflict management skills.
  • A flexible approach that allows you to be successful in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment.
  • C2 English Level.
