Job Description

As a Warehouse Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in harmonizing and standardizing warehouse processes across all sites and clusters. You will leverage your expertise in business process management and S/4HANA to drive process enhancements and foster global manufacturing warehouse processes.

Your responsibilities will include managing relevant logistics warehouse communities worldwide, driving process improvements, coordinating input from sites and clusters, guiding solution design phases, and supporting projects related to manufacturing warehouse processes.

You will also act as a change agent for global material warehouse process improvements, facilitate global best practice sharing within the warehouse process panels, and promote harmonization and standardized processes.

In addition, you will monitor process stability and related KPIs, follow up with process owners and sites to analyze factors impacting KPIS, and apply necessary trainings of users and related functions in terms of manufacturing warehouse processes.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

This salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the skills and qualifications required for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain;
  • At least 5 years in Logistics and Warehouse processes or equivalent function;
  • Advanced knowledge of process management with a good understanding of SAP (esp. eWM SAP);
  • Understanding of Supply Chain interdependencies considering global/local needs and requirements;
  • Project Management experience in leading cross-functional and global project teams;
  • A strong problem-solving and innovation mindset coupled with excellent analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines;
  • Fluency in English.
