About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team at Values Value. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up and launching advertising campaigns for game promotion, optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs and scaling them, analyzing advertising campaigns and the acquired users, developing hypotheses, testing them, and analyzing the results. You will also participate in the development of the product promotion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Setting up and launching advertising campaigns for game promotion.
• Optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs and scaling them.
• Analyzing advertising campaigns and the acquired users.
• Developing hypotheses, testing them, and analyzing the results.
• Participating in the development of the product promotion strategy.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition.
• Experience in promoting games through various traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, and other networks).
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile metrics calculations: CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention, and others.
