Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat channels- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A native level of French and at least a B1 level of English- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
