**The Role:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Travel Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing active sales advice via telephone regarding the selection of hotels with the aim of successful hotel reservations.

You will create appropriate offers based on the traveler's wishes and needs, and subsequent direct booking. Additionally, you will receive complaints and actively deal with them accordingly. Your professionalism in managing booking changes and customer concerns will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone
  • Create personalized travel packages based on customer preferences
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Process hotel bookings and make any necessary changes

Ideal Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.

A strong networker & relationship builder with high goals and excellent communication skills will be ideal for this position.
