About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and determined individual for the position of International Business Operations Coordinator, supporting a world-renowned company in the customer experience field.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Dutch and good English skills, with impressive communication and interpersonal abilities. They will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, assessing and addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and clear solutions to customer support needs and troubleshooting issues
  • Assess and address customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer experience
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (B2/C1 level) and good English skills
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
