Key Responsibilities:
Site Transformation
- Collaborate with senior leadership team (SLT) to develop strategy and goals, including above-site programs like EMAP, and translate them into continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and drive site transformation by role-modeling accountability, transparency, speak up, focus/prioritization, vertical and horizontal alignment, supportive leadership, coaching, and change agility.
Operational Excellence Sustainment
- Guide Operational Excellence sustainment and maturity, including governance, document control execution, IMEx standards adherence, metrics, IMEx document management system, and colleague growth and development in IMEx roles and knowledge sharing within the site and with other sites.
- Oversight, lead, guide, train and coach site colleagues to execute and deliver key EMAP and CI initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar position or area of responsibility.
- Proven leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to see and articulate the big picture as well as attention to detail in reviewing and executing detailed tasks in a hands-on manner.
- Strong facilitation skills, good written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and technicalities, excellent organizational and technical skills, good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, and ability to effectively coach and mentor colleagues.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical, or any related field.
- Six Sigma and/or Lean problem-solving training, certifications and competencies, with minimum Six Sigma GB and Lean GB certification.
- GMP Knowledge: Understanding of GMP fundamentals.
- Operations Knowledge: Understanding of Manufacturing Operations processes.
We estimate the salary range for this role to be €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
