Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to assess the potential impacts of disruptions on critical processes and developing training programs for employees and stakeholders. A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in business continuity management or a related area.
