Responsibilities
As a Commercial Leader with Gleeds, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing commercial strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations
• Overseeing cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial control
• Conducting cost analysis and benchmarking to optimise project costs
• Managing contract negotiations and compliance to ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities, implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect project interests
• Promoting sustainable practices and innovative solutions in cost management

- Sound cost management experience in Data Centres construction projects, covering pre-contract and construction/post-contract cost management tasks
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies
- Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks
