About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients' customers.

Your Responsibilities

  1. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through various communication channels.
  2. Conducting research to provide accurate and valid information to resolve customers' issues will be an essential part of your job.
  3. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our clients' customers, answering their inquiries and resolving basic questions and queries.
  4. Providing excellent customer service will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction and a positive experience.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong proficiency in both Croatian and English is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • You should have excellent product knowledge and be able to recognize, apply, and explain it effectively.
  • Computer literacy and high-speed internet access in a quiet home work environment are also necessary.
  • Greece residency or the ability to relocate and gain work authorization expediently is a requirement.
