As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of Tesla, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage complex customer interactions, resolve issues promptly, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.

You will work closely with internal teams to guarantee customers' cars are serviced efficiently and seamlessly. You will also mentor and coach team members, ensuring a good onboarding experience for new hires and sharing best practices. In addition, you will support management activities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers. They will also have the ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.

Furthermore, they will possess in-depth knowledge of Tesla's products and service operations to provide accurate information to customers and perform basic visual diagnostics. They will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive to continuously improve processes and services.
