Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team. As an IAM Engineer at IVY Partners, your key responsibilities will include designing a comprehensive IAM strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring continuous improvement of processes and user experiences.
- You will be responsible for deploying technologies required to centrally integrate with organizational systems in identity management, implementing application access controls, and managing access and permissions in an automated manner whenever possible.
- The role also involves addressing challenges related to IAM solutions, integrations, capabilities, or functionalities of the central platform regarding authentication and implementing technology to ensure compliance with audits and privacy.
- You will manage projects, produce necessary documentation for tracking, conduct tests on IAM solutions to assess those best suited to the organization's needs and context, and contribute to the cybersecurity incident management process when necessary.
About You
- We are looking for a candidate with higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and relevant project management skills, especially in IAM, are highly valued.
- The ideal candidate should have significant experience in identifying, characterizing, and managing cybersecurity risks, as well as leadership skills and teamwork capacity.
- We seek a proactive, pragmatic, and initiative-driven individual with planning and organizational skills, who is resilient, adaptable to changes, and able to manage ambiguous situations.
