Global Distribution Renewals Representative

As a Global Distribution Renewals Representative, you'll play a key role in partner relations and subscription processes, focusing on creating and implementing new programs and processes to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive distributor growth and increase market share in commercial markets.
- Build and maintain senior management relationships with distributors to drive adoption of Motorola Solutions' portfolio of solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive joint sales initiatives and develop strategic partnerships with key distribution sales representatives.
- Develop and maintain quarterly distributor reviews based on performance data and customer feedback.
- Utilize key metrics to drive strategic planning initiatives and program development.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Extensive Salesforce experience mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines.
