Solutions Expert

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Expert to join our team in Enghouse Networks. As a key member of our technical pre-sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales of our fiber infrastructure planning and management tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Specialize in GIS and OSS Applications, focusing on ESRI GIS-based solutions to provide comprehensive sales support.
• Craft compelling presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs, highlighting the benefits of integrating GIS with OSS for network management and service assurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted technical advisor for Enghouse OSS solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical guidance and support during customer engagements.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, with a focus on telecommunications, geographic information systems (GIS), or operational support systems (OSS).
• Years of experience in telecommunications, including network planning and management, with significant focus on ESRI GIS platform applications.
• Proficiency in ESRI GIS and OSS solutions, such as network management, spatial analysis, and service assurance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with network inventory and resource management, particularly in optical networks.
• Familiarity with Session Border Controllers, Media Gateways, and Mobile Messaging architectures.
