As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind energy projects. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the service teams in consultation with local service coordinators until the wind farm is handed over to the customer. You will also be responsible for coordinating interfaces between service teams, working with the project team to ensure seamless processes on site, and supporting the CM within the project with all service team requirements. Additionally, you will ensure the fast and efficient removal of non-conformities by coordinating material deliveries and team allocations as part of commissioning and the 300h maintenance. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will be essential in determining the causes of non-conformities and evaluating the effort to rectify them. You will also be responsible for assisting in clarifying technical non-conformities in accordance with PM processes and providing first-level support to clarify technical deviations in accordance with PM processes for the service teams on site. To be successful in this role, you will require a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a similar field, at least 3 years' experience in team management and international environments, and fluency in English. Other languages such as Spanish, Greek, or Italian are a plus. You will also need advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, and SCADA. As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will be able to work strategically and analytically, think critically, and solve problems effectively. You will also need to be available to travel. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or similar field
  • At least 3 years' experience in team management and international environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Other languages such as Spanish, Greek, or Italian a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP, and SCADA
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to travel
