**Job Description**

As a Head of Product at Lastminute Group, you will:

  • Oversight and development of a product strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, empowering them to excel in their careers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product team.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in a digital business, with at least 3 years as a manager of product managers.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric products.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills, utilizing OKRs and KPIs to inform strategy.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
