As a Customer Engagement Services Representative at Nestlé Business Services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various digital channels.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist consumers with queries and doubts related to our products and services. This involves resolving customer complaints, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, leveraging your expertise to provide personalized solutions.
- Identify customer needs and tailor your approach to meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and share knowledge on consumer behavior and preferences.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer concerns.
- Prioritize customer issues and escalate complex cases to ensure prompt resolution.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- The ability to adapt your tone and language to suit different brands and communication channels.
- Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of CRM systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
