Position Summary

The Integrated Marketing Services department at Phiture is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist - Campaign Execution to deploy campaigns for Nestlé's brands and work on various communication channels.

A typical day in this role involves collaborating with Nestlé brands to create email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on predefined strategies; designing customer journeys according to brand guidelines; creating A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability; monitoring campaigns and generating KPI reports; ensuring campaign deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPIs; and building effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.

What Will Make You Successful

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management, or similar field.
  • Experience working with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua).
  • Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Possession of knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (a plus).
  • Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
