As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will work on a project to improve delivery times. Your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up a spare parts warehouse to optimize the availability of necessary components
  • Create a rework area dedicated to the supply chain, aiming to improve repair processes
  • Improve logistics flows from supplier delivery to production lines, while implementing visual management techniques
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard with key performance indicators to effectively monitor activities
  • Optimize the logistics flow between the spare parts warehouse and production lines by analyzing the current situation and defining improvements in line with increasing production and the project roadmap
  • Supervise the planning, execution, and follow-up of the project
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specific requirements related to the aerospace sector

To succeed in this position, we are looking for someone with:

Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of a Bac+5 degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • A good understanding of physical logistics flows and a financial approach (analysis of the impact of CapEx projects)
  • A keen interest in technical aspects and cross-functional project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client/supplier relations and excellent communication both internally and externally
  • A good level of Portuguese and English is mandatory
