Overview

TN Portugal is seeking a highly skilled EContent Account Team Lead to drive the adoption of our internal content solutions and models, ensuring seamless execution of services and delivery of world-class service.

Job Description
  • Drive adoption of Nestlé's internal content solutions & model and support in their activation
  • Delivery of World Class Service
  • Lead, coach and support the team of Content Account Specialists on daily operations
  • Interact, liaise and negotiate with internal global/regional stakeholders
  • Alignment with IMS Global and Local Leadership teams
  • Bring insights based on available data to provide solutions
  • Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, etc.)
  • Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs
  • Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship and seek new opportunities to grow the partnerships
  • Properly map our Nestlé's digital ecosystem and stakeholders
  • Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices
