At CBT org, we are seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our services across Europe.
About the Role- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and promote company values.
Requirements
- Fluency in French or German (written and spoken); English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
