Senior Account Business Developer

">About the Role:
">We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- SALES GROWTH: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- STOCK MANAGEMENT: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- PROGRAM EXPANSION: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
">We are looking for someone who is:
- Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building connections with clients and colleagues.
- Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.
- Possess a third level qualification ie degree and a driving licence.
- Sales-Savvy: Adept at influencing existing clients and driving sales growth.
- Fluent in English and Greek, plus ONE of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.
